Changes resulting from the new construction law affect many areas of the investment implementation process. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy on determining geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings, it is required to prepare a geotechnical opinion, documentation of subsoil tests, a geotechnical design and, in special cases, also geological and engineering documentation and contamination tests.
During the webinar we will answer the following questions
- Are all the mentioned studies required for each designed facility?
- According to the new construction law, is it necessary to prepare documentation of soil tests for a building permit?
- When is soil contamination testing required?
