An office building located in Warsaw's Wola district, in the area of Towarowa, Łucka, Wronia and Grzybowska streets. It is one of the tallest office buildings in Europe, the skyscraper is 220 meters high and has 5 underground floors and can accommodate 1,200 cars. It was designed by Jaspers & Eyers Partners.
The geological structure in this part of Warsaw required the construction of an office building using the diaphragm wall technique, locally sunk to a depth of 55 meters. The additional geotechnical tests carried out, including CPT static soundings, ensured additional investment security and brought significant economic benefits.
